This Privacy Policy describes how Tailormade LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Strata ("Software"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Kalshi API Credentials: To use the Software, you must provide your Kalshi API Key ID and Private Key. These credentials are:

• Stored locally on your device using your operating system's secure credential storage (macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager)
• Encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage
• Never transmitted to our servers
• Used solely to authenticate with Kalshi's API on your behalf

1.2 Information Stored Locally

The Software stores your order quantity settings in local storage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We use Sentry, a third-party error tracking service, to collect:

• Crash reports: Technical information about errors and crashes, including stack traces, device type, and operating system version
• Anonymous usage events: Non-identifying information such as feature usage (e.g., "market selected," "settings opened") without specific market or financial details

This data is anonymized and does not include:

• Your name, email, or contact information
• Your Kalshi API credentials
• Your account balance or trading history
• Specific market positions or order details
• Your IP address (anonymized by Sentry)

1.4 Website Analytics

Our website collects anonymous download statistics to understand which platforms are most popular. This includes download counts by platform and general geographic region (country level). This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users. We do not use cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Enable the Software to connect to Kalshi on your behalf
• Identify and fix bugs and errors
• Improve Software performance and reliability
• Understand which features are most useful

We do NOT use your information to:

• Make trading decisions
• Share with advertisers
• Build user profiles
• Contact you for marketing purposes

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:

• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): For error tracking and crash reporting. Sentry's privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy

Your API credentials are sent directly from your device to Kalshi's servers and are never routed through our servers.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• API credentials are encrypted using your operating system's secure storage
• All communications with Kalshi use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Crash reports are transmitted over encrypted connections
• We do not store sensitive data on our servers

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials.

5. Data Retention

• API Credentials: Stored on your device until you delete them or uninstall the Software
• Local Preferences: Stored in browser localStorage until cleared
• Crash Reports: Retained by Sentry according to their data retention policies (typically 90 days)

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Delete your credentials: Use the Settings menu in the Software to clear stored credentials
• Clear local storage: Clear your browser data to remove preferences
• Uninstall: Remove the Software from your device at any time

7. Children's Privacy

The Software is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.

8. International Users

The Software is operated from the United States. If you access the Software from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
